1025 Dokdo Toner owes its name to the coordinates of Dokdo Island, the source of the deep seawater that forms the base of the formula. It is naturally rich in magnesium, calcium, and zinc, and replenishes the minerals in the skin barrier. Completing the formula are panthenol, allantoin, and betaine, which soothe stressed or reactive skin, and the patented Hatching EX-07 technology, a gentle exfoliating complex that, with consistent use, clears pores of dead skin cells and excess sebum. The texture is watery and absorbs instantly.

How to use
