Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship throughout Italy. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery times: 2-5 business days from shipment.
Shipping costs: calculated at checkout based on the destination. Free shipping above the threshold indicated on the homepage.
You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as your order has been handed over to the courier.
Returns and Refunds
You can return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the right of withdrawal. Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to request a return:
- Write to infokoremi@gmail.com indicating your order number.
- You will receive instructions for the return.
- Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours attaching photos: we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
