Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason.
Terms
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
How to Exercise Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an explicit communication within the specified period to:

You may use the standard withdrawal form or any other explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw.
Return of Products
Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, intact, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed products which, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, have been opened after delivery.
