These general conditions govern the sale of products on the Koremi Skincare website, managed by De Pascale Raffaele (VAT no. 06388900653).
1. Subject
These terms govern the purchase of products through the site. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.
2. Prices
All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated before the completion of the order.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed via email. We reserve the right not to accept incomplete orders or in the event of product unavailability.
4. Payments
Payments are handled through secure systems (credit card, PayPal, and other methods indicated at checkout).
5. Shipping

6. Right of Withdrawal

7. Warranty
All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity in accordance with the Consumer Code.

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes, the court of the consumer’s place of residence has jurisdiction.
